Cynthia Casaul-Dela Cruz is an alumna of the Philippine Normal University (PNU), where she earned her Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in Biology. She later completed her Master’s degree in Public Management at the Ateneo School of Government.

She currently serves as a United Nations Police (UNPOL) peacekeeper in South Sudan, working to promote peace and security in one of the world’s most challenging environments. Her formative years at PNU instilled in her resilience, integrity, and a passion for service—qualities that have guided her throughout her career.

Cynthia attributes her achievements to God’s grace and mercy, and she remains deeply grateful for the strong foundation PNU provided—one that continues to inspire her to lead with purpose and uphold the values of education and service on a global scale.
