The Philippine Normal University (PNU), the National Center for Teacher Education, and The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) have renewed their academic collaboration agreement, reaffirming their longstanding partnership and strengthening opportunities for joint research, academic exchange, training, and institutional cooperation.

EdUHK has been a partner of PNU in advancing academic and educational initiatives, with the renewed agreement providing a framework for the two institutions to further deepen their collaboration and promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise between the Philippines and Hong Kong SAR.

Under the renewed agreement, PNU and EdUHK will collaborate on joint research and academic initiatives, the organization of conferences, seminars, and academic meetings, short-term training programs, and administrative activities. The agreement will remain in force for three years.

The partnership supports the institutions’ shared commitment to advancing education through research, knowledge exchange, and international cooperation. As a publicly funded, education-focused and research-active university, EdUHK shares PNU’s strong focus on teacher education and educational research.

The renewed partnership also contributes to PNU’s continuing efforts to strengthen international linkages and expand opportunities for collaboration that support the development of teacher education in the Philippines and across the region.
