(PNU President Ogena and SRU President Kupgarnjanagool signing the MOU)
SURAT THANI, THAILAND – A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was entered into between Philippine Normal University and Suratthani Rajabhat University on April 29, 2015 in Samui Island, Surat Thani, Thailand with President Ester B. Ogena signing on behalf of PNU and President Prayote Kupgarnjanagool for Suratthani Rajabhat University.
The MOU sets out the main responsibilities of PNU and SRU for the 2nd ASEAN Graduate Studies International Conference (AGSIC) which will be held in the Philippines in 2016.
PNU’s College of Graduate Studies & Teacher Education Research (CGSTER) and the Graduate School of Suratthani Rajabhat University assume joint responsibility for insuring the successful holding of said international conference. The 2nd AGSIC is tentatively set between November and December 2016 with faculty and graduate students in the ASEAN Region as its target participants.
Other officials and faculty members from the entire PNU System also joined to witness the MOU signing.
