Manila – Members of the Faculty of Arts and Languages (FAL) and Circulus Literati, the program-based organization of the Literature majors of PNU, attended the Lunsad-Aklat of Kataga II: Antolohiya ng Malikhaing Akda last October 29 at the Bonifacio P. Sibayan Auditorium.

The program aimed to recognize the growing contribution of PNU and FAL graduates to the body of contemporary Philippine literature. Among the featured writers in the anthology are Isaac Ali Tapar and Abegail Pariente who are both alumni of the FAL-AB/BSE Literature Program. Also present were Ma. Cecilia dela Rosa, President of Kataga, and Emman Barrameda of Kataga - Manila South Chapter.

In full support to the event were some of the Literature Faculty: Dr. Jennie Jocson, Dr. Erwin Oamil, Prof. Ferdinand Jarin (adviser and co-editor of Kataga II), Prof. Erly Parungao, Prof. Erhwin Clarin, and Prof. Ma. Concepcion Raymundo who received the copies of the book on behalf of Prof. Ruth Alido, the Associate Dean of FAL.
