MANILA – The University Events Management and Public Relations Office (UEMPRO) organized the University General Assembly held on June 22 at the AV Theater.

PNU and DPWH entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the undertaking of the construction of the buildings of Teacher Education Heritage Campus Laboratories and PNU Convention and Training Center on June 17, 2015 at the PNU Office of the President.

June 13, 2015 – the Spanish Resource Center commenced the graduation for the graduates of the prestigious Spanish Certificate Program, which started at 10 in the morning at the lobby of the PNU library.

The Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral ng Kasaysayan (SAMAKA) spearheaded the Amazing Race, July 18 at the Philippine Normal University to test the historical awareness of its members.

The PNU Office of Student Affairs and Student Services (OSASS) welcomed the Western Highlands School Counselors Association from Papua New Guinea in their 2-week visit to different institutions here in the Philippines on July 1, 2015 at the FBeSS Conference Room. 

Reading fluency expert, Dr. Timothy Rasinski, spoke at the PNU Faculty of Education Sciences organized lecture-forum on “Developing Reading Fluency” on July 1 at the Public and Alumni Relations Hall.

To test the historical knowledge of Philippine Normal University students, the Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral ng Kasaysayan (SAMAKA) conducted its annual quiz bee competition, July 15 at the Audiovisual Theater. Fifteen students from different faculties and institutions participated.

In celebration of the 25th anniversary of Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral ng Kasaysayan (SAMAKA), the Doodle Wars (Digma Doodle) was conducted, July 15 at the PNU Talipapa.  Seventeen students from freshman to senior levels belonging to different faculties and institutions participated.

Faculty of Behavioral and Social Sciences (FBeSS), in coordination with, Psychological Society (PyschSoc) conducted a workshop entitled, “Peer Counseling Training Workshop,” held last June 27 at the Bonifacio P. Sibayan Auditorium.

MANILA- Office of Student Affairs and Student Services (OSASS), through PNU Scholars’ Association, held the First General Assembly of the School Year 2015-2016, entitled ‘KAISAHAN 2015’, last June 19, at the  Main Auditorium. Scholars from different sponsors and donors of the University participated in the event.

MANILA – The Fulbright-Hays Group Project Abroad participants have arrived in the PH on June 21, 2015 for a month-long human rights study tour.

Philippine Normal University’s Institute of Teaching and Learning (PNU ITL) recently held its Pinning Ceremony on July 1, 2015 at the Geronima T. Pecson Auditorium.
