The PNU Office of Admissions is committed for the enhancement of the teachers in the country by implementing vigorously the selective, recruitment, admission as well as the retention / dismissal policies in both undergraduate and graduate levels to get the best available talents for teacher education.

Application for PNU Admission Test (Undergraduate Level)

Admission Requirements:

  • Pass the Philippine Normal University Admission Test (PNUAT), oral interview and medical examination.
  • High School Report Card – no grade lower than 80% in all subjects in fourth year
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from High School Principal
  • Birth Certificate
  • Transcript of Records and Honorable Dismissal (for Transferees)
  • 2 copies “1x1” picture
  • P350.00 for the admission test

  • Scholarships sponsored by the Philippine Normal University
  • Scholarships sponsored by the PNU Alumni Association (Philippines)
  • Scholarships sponsored by the PNU Alumni Association (USA)
  • Scholarships sponsored by the PNU Student Government
  • Scholarships sponsored by CHED, DOST and other Government Agencies
  • Scholarships sponsored by Individual/Group Donors
  • Student Assistantship Program

FOREIGN STUDENTS

Admission Requirements:

  • Pass the Philippine Normal University Admission Test (PNUAT), oral interview and medical examination.
  • A formal letter of application seeking admission to the PNU College of Graduate Studies addressed to the University President.
  • Student Visa
  • Authenticated High School Card
  • Authenticated Police Clearance from country of origin
  • Personal History Statement
  • A computed grade point average equivalent to at least B or 85% in the PNU Grading System
  • 2 copies “1x1” picture
  • Admission test fee
