- A formal letter of application seeking admission to the PNU College of Graduate Studies addressed to the University President.
- Student Visa
- Authenticated High School Card
- Authenticated Police Clearance from country of origin
- Personal History Statement
- A computed grade point average equivalent to at least B or 85% in the PNU Grading System
- 2 copies “1x1” picture
