Upgrades and maintains the University facilities including the four (4) branches; plans and implements physical development; initiates improvements and renovations consistent with the over-all university mission; coordinates with outside offices such as the DPWH, MWSS, MERALCO, PLDT, etc.

General Services
Plans, schedules and implements maintenance, repair and upgrading of all buildings and vehicles of the University; and plans and implements the cleanliness and waste disposal programs of the University.

Campus Development
Coordinates with government and private institutions various aspects of construction work such as design, planning and implementation of various Capital Outlay projects of the University system.

Technical Services
Provides audio-visual services and letter cut-out and stage designs to various groups/organizations, which use the various facilities of the University; implements maintenance and repair of audio-visual equipment and air-conditioners of the University.
