|Teresita Rungduin’s research interest centers on contextualizing forgiveness and examining its process with emphasis on the role of culture and the developmental changes accompanying it. She is intent on analyzing how forgiveness is integrated in the development of values and how parents and teachers emulate the forgiveness behavior among children. In addition to forgiveness, she has also conducted research studies on self-regulation, moral development, grief among children, and friendships.|
She finished her Ph.D. degree under the CHED-HEDP-FDP Scholarship. Dr. Rungduin is an active member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines and the Pi Lambda Theta. She was also able to publish a number of her researches in the PNU Research Series and Normal Lights.
