Conference Room

A conference room is located on the first floor at the right wing of the library building. It is used for various purposes -- as a seminar
room, a demonstration room, a venue for faculty and staff meetings and a room for holding programs. It can accommodate a maximum of 100 persons.

Online Public Access Catalog Area

The OPAC area is located on the second floor near the Graduate Books Section. It can accommodate 12 online catalog users at a time. It is an air-conditioned library facility

Internet Room

The library internet room is located near the Theses Section. It can accommodate 35 users at the same time. The services provided are the following: internet access for research and other instructional purposes, printing of downloaded internet materials, and picture scanning. It is for the exclusive use of PNU bonafide students, faculty, administration and staff. The Internet service fee is Php 15.00 per hour.

Multimedia Center

The library multimedia center is housed in Room 201 adjacent to the library internet room located on the second floor of the library building. It is exclusively used for teaching and demonstration purposes of classes requiring IT facilities like videos, computers and LCD projector. Another service provided is individual CD-ROM viewing.

Photocopying Area

The library photocopying area is located on the second floor near the Japanese Section. This facility is installed so students can save time in copying information from library materials and at the same time safeguarding the collection from possible tearing of pages. Materials not allowed for photocopying are the theses, dissertations, special projects, and general reference materials.

Audio-Visual Theater

The AV theater is located at the central part of the fourth floor. It functions as an auditorium and can accommodate around 300 persons. The theater is fully air-conditioned and furnished with lighting and other theatrical equipment.

Viewing Rooms

Classes or groups of students wishing to view videorecordings in VHS, VCD, or DVD formats make use of the viewing rooms located at Room 413 and at the Graduate Books Section. Using the viewing rooms require reservation and registration of users by the faculty members concerned.
