Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises the activities of Normal Hall, the Conference Center, the Cafeterias and other auxiliary service units of the university.

Normal Hall

Provides lodging and Cafeteria facilities to women-student of the university and other members of the University community; provides accommodation facilities to transient boarders who are participants to seminars conducted by the University; and sees to it that residents enjoy a healthy, safe and comfortable atmosphere.

Convention/Conference Center

Provides accommodations for participants in various continuing activities such as workshops, seminars, training programs, conferences, etc. conducted by the University, DECS, CHED, educational institutions, associations and other groups with PNU linkages.

Cafeteria

Provides well-balanced nutritious and reasonably cost meals to the University community, catering services to guests, participants to various seminars/workshops conferences conducted by the University and by other government. agencies and professional associations that utilize university facilities.
