Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises the administrative services of the University in matters pertaining to human resources, supplies management, records management, health services, civil security.
Human Resource Management Office
Formulates and administers policies on recruitment, personnel movements, salaries and fringe benefits, performance appraisal and development, job evaluation, organization development, administrative rules, labor relations, and separations; maintains a complete compilation of personnel records; conducts and coordinates all manpower training and attitudinal development activities in the University; and prepares intermediate and long-range forecasts of the training needs of University personnel
Records Management Office
Develops and maintains an efficient and effective University-wide system of information collection, recording, retrieval and dissemination; develops a procedure for ready availability of information to Management/Board of Regents; and
Supply and Property Management Office
Handles procurement, payment and distribution of office supplies and equipment; takes charge of repair of office machines, furniture and fixtures; safeguards University properties; maintains records of all property and equipment; and undertakes regular disposal of unserviceable, obsolete and valueless records and assets.
Medical and Dental Services
Formulates and implements a programs of physical and mental health and dental examination of students and university personnel; schedules and conducts annual physical examination of students; renders diagnostic and treatment services including advice and information on health matters and needs; administers first-aid treatment to emergency cases; and renders periodic reports to the President on health status of students and personnel.
Civil Security
Maintains peace and order within the campus; safeguards University property against losses; provides escort service to the university cashier; coordinates emergency activities during times of calamity and/or force majoure; conducts investigations and renders report on unusual events, threats or disturbances.
